Issues: Animals and Wildlife Environment
Our great state is known for its natural beauty. Even as we work to reduce unnecessary regulations, our state government must be vigilant in protecting our environment and holding polluters accountable. We must also provide adequate funding for projects around the state to clean up pollution and protect public health. Moreover, our state's animal protection laws are woefully inadequate. As an animal lover, I will be a voice in the General Assembly for strengthening laws to punish animal cruelty.
